About Crest Counselling
Crest Counselling was established in 2024 to address the growing need for mental health services in Albany. We understand the unique challenges of seeking support in a regional town and aim to provide a safe, inclusive space for personal growth. Using evidence-based practices, we help individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges and build resilience to lead more fulfilling lives.

My counselling journey began with a passion for helping people uncover their strengths, build resilience, and navigate life’s complexities with greater clarity. Inspired by facilitating self-awareness and leadership programs for young adults, I pursued formal training and completed a Master of Counselling with the University of Canberra. Since moving to Albany, I have been privileged to support a diverse range of clients including people processing or experiencing:
-
Depression
-
Anxiety
-
Feelings of stress or overwhelm
-
Life transitions and challenges
-
Recent or childhood trauma
-
Grief
-
Self-esteem and assertiveness
-
Relationship challenges

As an accredited member of the Australian Counselling Association, I use an integrative approach to tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs. My work draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), the Gottman Method and body-based therapies, providing tools to foster emotional growth, manage stress, build rewarding relationships and promote holistic well-being.

I welcome individuals and couples of all ages, cultures, sexual orientations, and genders, offering a compassionate and inclusive space to empower you on your journey toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, playing soccer, and spending time with family and friends - activities that help me recharge and stay grounded in the joys of everyday life.
